TIME PAYMENTS:

 

  • Time payments are available on any purchases over $400.00. A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE down payment must be made within five (5) business days.  The balance can be spread out over 3 months. Returns are NOT accepted on any items purchased with the time payment option. Contact us for further details regarding time payments.

 

REFUNDS: 

  •  We believe you will be extremely pleased with our grading of raw books. However, if for ANY reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund, less the shipping and handling costs, within ten (10) days. Keep in mind that there is a 15% restocking fee. 
  • Prior to shipping any item back you must contact us. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  

 

GRADING:

 

  • See "ABOUT US"  page
  • We will never knowingly sell a RESTORED comic as unrestored. 
  • A Qualified grade is given a book that has a significant defect that needs a specific description.  It would be a disservice to the buyer to call a VF/NM book with a 4-inch back cover tear a VG, so the book is given a qualified grade and noted in the description.  
  • Virtually all books are given page counts to check completeness. 
  • Books that are found to be incomplete, including cut coupons and value stamps, will be noted in the description. 
  • All centerfolds are checked for detached staples and noted if a book should have this defect.
  • All books are checked for detached covers, either one or two staples, and noted in the description.

SHIPPING:

  • We will do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
  • Insurance is extra and is highly recommended. It is REQUIRED for orders over $200 and is charged at checkout.
  • Orders over $250 REQUIRE Signature Confirmation ( $2.35 ) and this fee is added to the order. 
  • We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • International orders under $250 (including shipping cost ) are shipped priority mail. No exceptions!
  • International orders over $250 are shipped through USPS Express mail.  No exceptions!
